Hello my name is Annette. My family and I are the proud owners of a dog (shihtzu) named Alley. We regard Alley as one of the family. We aquired Alley from a Breeder named Lori Nelson. Lori also is an animal lover, who she highly recommended Rhonda for her special way she has with animals. I have great pleasure in telling you that Rhonda has been Alley's one and only groom care provider. Rhonda has always treated Alley with tender loving care. A good example of Rhonda's compassion happened one Christmas Morning. Alley had an allergic reaction to a milk bone we had given her. We had no idea what to do or give her. I decided to call Rhonda hoping she could give us some advice. Rhonda knew exactly what to do, we followed her instructions and thanks to Rhonda, Alley survived. Although Rhonda treats all her customers this way, we will never forget what she did for our family. Maybe the best Christmas gift our Family has ever received. Regarding Rhonda Edwards
I have known Rhonda for the past 14 years. I have always owned dogs but did not think that obedience training was necessary. The first job I asked Rhonda to do was groom my hyper border collie. She did a great job although "Pepper" was not too happy as this was her first groom ever and she was already 10 years old! Rhonda handled Pepper professionally and they both got through the groom and Pepper looked awesome. When Pepper passed away I eventually aquired a German Shepherd named "Foster" and that is when Rhonda stepped in. The obeidence she offered was one of a kind. It was ME who she was training! I was reluctant at first and probrably one of Rhonda's worst clients but in the end, I ended up with an amazing dog who is reliable. One who would not think for a second to run out our front door when it is open. She would not attempt to cross over our property line even if a cat were in full run. She is happy and willing to please and perform at all times. Foster has a guaranteed sit and down every time I command her of this. I am very thankful for Rhonda and her abilities and wish her the best. I will miss her not only professionally but personally. Sue Cormier

I've known Rhonda for about six years. She groomed our older dog Spanky for about four years and when he passed away, we got Jorge at eight weeks old. Rhonda has been grooming Jorge on a regular basis until the present time. Spanky was a registered King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and Jorge is also a registered Cavalier. Rhonda has always been great with the dogs and I've always been very pleased with how great they look after grooming and the fact that she has always groomed them in line with the way the breed should look. She has always been trustworthy and caring to meet all concerns. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone. Jorge will really miss her and we wish her all the best. I have just received your notice that you have closed Edwards Pet Grooming & Training. While it is sad news for us, we are very happy to hear that you have relocated to Northern Ontario, and what a lovely area to be in!
I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for all the years of service you had given us and our golden retriever Malibu. We always took comfort in knowing she was in excellent care when we had her groomed at your shop. She was very shy, and uncooperative about grooming, but she was always more relaxed at your shop and we felt at ease knowing she was in your care and that she was more comfortable being with you. You definitely had a way of calming her down and dealing with her frustrations. She is already 9 years old, and you have managed to train her from the time we had her as a puppy, and how glad we are that she/we received professional training! She was our first dog, and you had explained a lot to ourselves about her behavior as a puppy, and animal/dog nature, the transition of going from without a pet to pet owner was very smooth. She is very meek and mellow now, and we owe it all to the detailed training we received from you over the years. It was kind of fun to even have her take part in the agility courses that you offered, taught us how you can have fun with your pet, by letting her have some fun and socialize with other dogs on her own. All in all, we are going to miss you so much. It will be hard for us to replace you. I am sure if you continue your profession, there will be many happy customers and pet owners in your new locale. Our loss will definitely be their gain! We wish you all the best and continued success! If you can refer us to a groomer in our area that you feel would be suitable for Malibu's shyness towards grooming, I would appreciate it.

We have known Rhonda for the past eight years when she started grooming our Himalayan kitten. She has been totally professional and caring with our Katie. She has done all - nails, teeth, ears, fur; combing, brushing and clipping her very long and thick fur. It is very obvious that she loves all animals.
