Rhonda is amazing! She has been grooming our dog for over a year. It was such a treat when she was able to come to our house to groom him, but in these crazy times she’s adjusted the way she grooms. We took Buddy to her house today and she met us on the porch with her warm smile. She was wearing her protective gear and we put Buddy in the special pen. She was very safe and professional. We felt very comfortable leaving Buddy. Rhonda even sent us a video in the middle of his groom to give us an update. Thanks Rhonda! You always go above and beyond.

During this difficult time, Rhonda has had to adapt her business to ensure the safety of her client's and their pets. I was impressed with the contactless drop off/pick up in the designated penned area and I appreciated the safety equipment she wore to ensure that all necessary precautions were being taken. Great Groomer!!!! Rhonda at All In One Pet Care! Is outstanding groomer. She has been doing my Katie (Maltese) for over 6 years now! I just dropped my dog off at Rhonda's for her first groom back since the Covid-19 closed things down. With the new safety rules in place everything went smooth! We did a no touch exchange which worked great! Rhonda also had PPE protection on, which made me feel very safe. During the groom I received photos and video, nice touch!! I highly recommend Rhonda as your groomer! You're pet will be Safe and Happy!!

Our first visit to Rhonda's house was a great experience! She was there to greet us as soon as we drove in. I stayed in my car and read my book while listening to the birds and watching them on the feeder while Tommy was groomed. Rhonda texted me pictures of Tommy in the bath, out of the bath, and a few of him getting his haircut. She was done promptly and brought him outside right after. Tommy was not stressed at all. I was expecting a much more rigorous and complicate process after reading the guidelines on Rhonda's website, but this was simple, effective and safe! Thanks, Rhonda, for always giving Tommy an excellent groom!

Rhonda has been grooming our dog, Gus for 3 years. Gus was not a fan of being groomed at the beginning but now he is the perfect customer because Rhonda makes him feel safe and loved. When our family dropped Gus off at Rhonda's home for his grooming appointment, she was waiting for him and came out to get him, taking full precautions with a face mask, gloves etc. She shared pictures and videos of Gus while he was being groomed which gave us comfort that he was doing well. We did not worry while he was there and when we picked him up, he was happy and looked amazing-clean, fluffy, and well-groomed. Rhonda will always be our groomer as long as she is in business and offering her services.

Upon my arrival for Maggie Mae's grooming, Rhonda greeted me wearing her PPE. No worries of the virus there! Rhonda has been grooming my Westie since she was a pup and she is now 9 years old. I was so happy to watch the grooming process by video on Face Book. My Westie is a mover but with Rhonda's patience and calm voice puts her at ease. She does an excellent job and I would highly recommend her. Thank you Rhonda, she looks great!

We met Rhonda, owner of All In One Pet Care, 13 years ago when we retired to Bobcaygeon and she started grooming Tippi II in our home. Rhonda is very professional and very caring with pets. When it was time for Tippi II to leave us Rhonda was there for us at the Animal Hospital during that difficult time. Rhonda knew how much we missed Tippi II so she sent us a contact for a new puppy. Tippi III is now 6 years old and loves Rhonda. During these uncertain times Rhonda and her husband Naz have prepared a clean, safe environment to groom pets in their home. Rhonda greeted us at the scheduled time in her driveway fully protected for our safety and hers. During the grooming Rhonda sent a video and photos of Tippi's grooming, that was so reassuring to see Tippi so relaxed. When Rhonda was nearly finished with Tippi's grooming she let us know to come and pick her up. We remained in the driveway and Rhonda was fully protected when she brought Tippi out. This is a safe and comfortable experience for you and your pets. On a scale from 1-10 we would give Rhonda a perfect 10.

After providing "in your home" service for our senior dog for about 5 years, Rhonda has made the transition to "in her home" grooming very nicely. She is well set up for pickup and drop off with an outdoor pen but she happily met us in her parking area in her mask and gloves and we passed the leash without having to use the pen. I was given a pickup time and Mia was ready and waiting (I discovered later that Rhonda had sent an email that she would be ready a little earlier). Rhonda sent me photos of Mia in her grooming room during her visit and a final pet portrait when they were done!

Our little guy Howard, (Maltipoo) , has been using All in One Pet groomers for 3 years now and we couldn’t be happier. Rhonda has always done a great job and really knows her trade. We are very comfortable leaving Howard in her care and especially now with all of the Covid-19 precautions in place. Rhonda has a very good system in place for drop off and where she is standing waiting for your pet in full PPE as you arrive. I was so pleased when I arrived with Taco, Rhonda was there to meet us at the car, with her mask and gloves on making me feel safe leaving Taco with her, she asked how I wanted him clipped took him in her arms gave me a time he would be finished and away they went.I was worried he would want to stay with me he never looked back I was so pleased that he felt safe with her.Rhonda has a wonderful way with Taco making him feel safe.Saw a video of Taco in the bath and getting his new hair cut and he was calm as Rhonda talks to him all the time.When picking him up he just walked to the car so at ease.Thankyou Rhonda for your excellent care of Taco and the great cut

Rhonda is so amazing !!! Love this girl and so does my Gizmo. Gizmo is almost 13 and Rhonda has been grooming him and putting up with his growly antics since 2007. She sings to him but also lets him know she is the boss. LOL.
He was so excited today when we got in the car and I told him he's going to Rhonda's house. She has an amazing setup keeping everyone and our fur babes safe as well as herself. Its different now having to drive to her place instead of her coming to our homes but it is great.
The amazing job that has been done for her business is awesome. She has gone over and above for all pet owners.

Rhonda has been grooming my two Miniature Schnauzers for approximately six years. This did not come without challenge as both dogs do not take well to grooming, especially the youngest of the two who is extremely difficult to handle.
Rhonda met the challenge with both determination and dedication to making the grooming experience more comfortable for two uptight, anxious dogs. In order to make this happen, Rhonda had to take the upper hand, and did this always maintaining a gentle firmness. She is patient and displays a soothing calmness while still maintaining control. Rhonda also uses music as a calming tool while grooming, often singing while she works. Fortunately for me she has a lovely voice.
Up until now Rhonda has worked as a mobile groomer. The fact that she has now decided to work from her home does not alter my grooming choices. I will continue to use Rhonda’s services as I feel confident that my dogs will be treated well while in her care. As for Rhonda’s grooming abilities, she always manages to produce two beautifully groomed Miniature Schnauzers.
The dogs had their first appointment at Rhonda’s salon recently and all aspects of drop off and pickup was handled in a very professional manner with all protocol re COVID19 being adhered to.
It has always been a pleasure having Rhonda in my home and I will miss our social visits. Her bubbly personality, combined with her sense of humor, expertise and patience, has made the grooming experience less stressful for both my dogs and myself

We have been clients of Rhonda for many years and now with our second
dog Teddie. Rhonda's "come to your home" grooming service was always
exceptional and very convenient for us. Now, with changing times and
the Covid19 virus we are all having to make changes to how we do
things. Rhonda, as you know, is now working from her home and I want
you to know that the quality of service is still exceptional. Rhonda,
has taken steps to ensure that your pet will be groomed in a designated
area of her home that is sanitized after each pet has been groomed.
Rhonda is also using the proper PPE while grooming your pet. We are
completely confident and comfortable with the measures that Rhonda has
taken. Of course, Rhonda is professional and talented but, at the same
time she is always kind and compassionate to your pet. The only
different thing is that the client is required to drop off their pet at
the designated time, and then, picked it up again after the grooming. To

Cosmo, Martini and Brandy. In these times of being cautious with
everything and everywhere we go, I have to say you made the grooming a
great experience. First of all, we have used you for many years now and
our fur babies are so comfortable with you so I was not the least bit
nervous about dropping them off at your shop. They were very excited to
see you even with the protective gear you had on which made the drop off and
pick up procedure perfectly safe. I like that you space out your
clients between to allow time for cleaning and sanitizing and we didn't
cross paths with other clients.
Added bonus was to be able to see them being groomed on facebook, they
were so cute and obviously very happy. I really like how you explain
what your are doing as you go and ask questions about how we want it
done....amazing. Thank you so much for making them so handsome and
pretty again, they were getting pretty scruffy.

Rhonda has been grooming myMay 30, 2020 little mini schnauzer for the past 7 years and always does a great job.
As covid changed all our lives, she too had to adjust.
While it was great that Rhonda came to our home, the new norm changed all that.
I took our Kenzie to All in One Grooming and Rhonda met me in her driveway fully outfitted with ppe and I felt very safe. The bonus was getting to see our Kenzie groomed on video. It was amazing to see our girl feel so comfortable.
I was messaged 10 minutes before she was finished and when I arrived, Rhonda was ready with Kenzie. It went so smooth and best of all, Kenzie had the perfect spa day. It is reassuring to know Rhonda has 23 years of experience. It shows.

I have used Rhonda’s grooming service for my two chihuahuas for over a year. Sadly, I lost one girl on Valentine’s Day. Rhonda is the best groomer I have had the pleasure of using. She is professional, on time and friendly. The dogs have had bad experiences and were nervous of groomers. They totally relaxed with Rhonda. She sings to them and they appear to share her love of country music!
Rhonda will communicate readily during the grooming process and often posts sweet before,during and after pictures of our furry friends.
Her service during the Covid time is excellent. She is fully protected in PPE and deals appropriately with the dogs. We enjoyed her home visits prior to covid but she has a great set up for dropping off and picking up the dogs at her home.
I highly recommend Rhonda!

Rhonda is so knowledgeable and kind to our furry friends and she is an artist that gives a perfect cut for each breed . Her setup is spotless and carefully maintained for the safety of our dogs . I have had all my little babies groomed by Rhonda for over 13 years now and would hopefully never have to take them anywhere else. My miss Maggie went for the first time to Rhonda's house to have her grooming done and as usual she looks beautiful but I may be a bit prejudice it worked great for me Maggie and I think Rhonda. If you want your babies to have a great grooming experience I cannot recommend Rhonda enough. Look up All In One Pet Care and leave your pet with her and not worry how they will be treated.

I have been using Rhonda for over a year to groom my dog Wayne. In the past she came into my home to do grooming and has always been friendly courteous and very neat and clean and most importantly my pet loved getting his groom. This past weekend Rhonda did Wayne’s first groom at her home under the new guidelines set out by the government. I pulled into her driveway at which time she met me to take the dog and then messaged me to let me know when it was time to pick him back up. It was very safe and a seamless process. Rhonda has groomed Kira for approximately 2 years when she came to our home with her mobile grooming service. I got Kira when she was 5 years old and because she had previously had some unpleasant experiences, she was very nervous and difficult to groom. Right from the start, Kira was totally comfortable with Rhonda and grooming was much less stressful for both the dog and myself.
Today we had Kira’s first grooming at Rhonda’s new salon. Rhonda greeted us masked and with a protective gown. We had arrived early and she suggested that she take Kira inside right away so that she could familiarize with the new surroundings before the actual grooming began. This was such a good idea. Kira went willingly with Rhonda, which was very reassuring for me.
Rhonda sent us updates with pictures to our cell phone and we could see for ourselves how well Kira was doing and to let us know when she would be ready to be picked up. It was such a positive experience today that I would give our visit and Rhonda a 5 star rating.

I would like to highly recommend anyone grooming their smaller dogs to take advantage of all-in-one pet care with Rhonda Baksh. Rhonda has groomed our dogs for 7 years now and knows her business well. Since the pandemic hit she has outfitted her shop at home with no detail left out. What a great experience taking my Maltese, Lou Lou to Rhonda’s grooming salon. I was a bit concerned because she is an older dog and she doesn’t particularly like new experiences or situations. I need not have worried though. Rhonda greeted us, all masked and wearing an apron, in her driveway while a previous client’s dog was safely resting in an open exercise pen waiting to be collected. Rhonda gave me an approximate time when Lou should be finished so I went to do some shopping. I received a text telling me that she was done, early, and that Lou had remained calm & relaxed. When I arrived back at the salon Lou was waiting in the open exercise pen to be taken home. The whole process went very smoothly. Rhonda has been Lou Lou’s groomer for 4 years, in two homes. We are happy to continue to support her business, knowing that she is providing a safe, hygienic place for our pet care. Thanks Rhonda!

Just got Jack back from his haircut. Rhonda was fantastic. She texted me earlier in the morning to say she would meet us in the driveway to take the dog. There she was. Masked. Gloved. and Gowned. Ready to go. Pics were taken before and after to let us know the end result.. Rhonda phoned about 10 minutes before she was she was finished. As we arrived, out she came with Jack. I opened the back window and she dropped the dog inside my car. And, of course, she was Masked. Gloved. and Gowned. We did not know how she was going to handle this Covid 19, but I believe she handle this very professionally. I would accept no less from Rhonda. She delivered. We have been with Rhonda for three dogs (easier than counting years) and she keeps improving or her standard of animal care.

I have to say, I like this even better than the home grooming! I just miss having lunch with Rhonda on the deck after the groom.... but maybe after Covid!

We feel very fortunate to have found Rhonda's services 5 years ago. Bentley our Shih Tzu has always felt very safe with Rhonda. When she was able to re-open and do grooming in her home we were relieved... and at first a little worried out him being groomed someplace other than our home. I did not worry about Covid safety. I knew that Rhonda would be the utmost professional. She met me in the parking lot. She wore a mask. She opened the passenger door and took Levi out of my car and straight into the grooming station. My only worry stems from the fact that Levi is an ‘anxious’ dog. He has only ever been groomed by Rhonda in our home. After his first grooming at Rhonda‘s house, I can honestly tell you that I have absolutely no concerns taking him back for his future cuts. Rhonda’s set up is such that I could watch via Facebook live as she bathed, dried and groomed Levi from head to toe. He was perfectly safe and calm the entire time. Rhonda kept in touch with me the whole time. I knew exactly when to go pick him up. I pulled into the parking lot and there she was; mask on and social distancing. She put Levi right back into the passenger seat and we drove away. It couldn’t be more safe or convenient. Thanks Rhonda!

Rhonda kept in touch with me the whole time. I knew exactly when to go pick him up. I pulled into the parking lot and there she was; mask on and social distancing. She put Levi right back into the passenger seat and we drove away. It couldn’t be more safe or convenient. Thanks Rhonda!

I had my four month old puppy Winston groomed by Rhonda yesterday. This is the first time I have used Rhonda's grooming service and we will certainly be coming back. I could tell that Rhonda cares alot about her work and making Winston feel comfortable throughout his first groom. I was at the groomers June 1, 2020. I have known Rhonda a few years now. She normally comes to our home but because of the pandemic she has set up a safe place at her home. She is an excellent groomer so the drive to her house is so worth it. Rhonda has done her very best to keep herself and her clients safe. You can watch her online doing her grooming on your pet. I highly recommend her services. When you arrive at her place she meets with you at the end of her driveway fully dressed in equipment example gloves a face mask. My dog is in good hands with Rhonda and your pet will be too. As she grooms your dog as I said she will be in contact with you as you watch her groom your pet. Jim dropped him off this morning at Rhonda's driveway for his first groom since Covid closed things down Rhonda greeted him with all Covid Protocol being adhered as per Gov't regulations. Gown, gloves, mask etc. Charley does not like to be groomed and tends to be a nipper and difficult to handle. Rhonda takes the upper hand and with a gentle firmness and muzzles when necessary.( which is often). She is a Professional and talented, knowledgeable Groomer and is always kind and compassionate. (Good sense of humor and singing voice) It was so nice to watch the Groom from start to finish on FB and Charley turned out so handsome. We were able to converse back and forth with any special instruction and expected pickup time. Her new setup in her home is so clean and carefully maintained to assure safety of our dogs. It was a wonderful , positive experience today as always. Best Groomer in the Kawarthas.. Luv ya girl!

Rhonda groomed our previous senior dog in home and has been grooming 'Happy' since we obtained her from the SPCA last year. We took her to be groomed today after several months of doggy quarantine. Rhonda came out to the car as we arrived at the agreed drop off time, wearing full protective gear, making the transfer both easy and professional. When we arrived back home we were able to watch a live video on Rhonda's Facebook page of our dog being groomed. We watched in disbelief at how relaxed our dog was under her care. My wife and I had tried to groom her at home without success. On the video we saw that Rhonda was calling us to let us know that 'Happy' was ready to be picked up. As we arrived Rhonda brought a very Happy 'Happy' out to the car.... a job well done! As a bonus we have a viewable video of the grooming and before and after pictures. I can’t tell you how excited I was to hear that Rhonda was ready to re-open her dog grooming business. Not just because my dogs definitely needed a good scrub. But because I knew Rhonda was going to make sure that not only my dogs would be safe but I would be as well. Cameras alerted Rhonda to our arrival. Wearing a mask she had me hand them off with an estimated time for completion. A text to my phone told me they were done. As usual they looked beautiful. Rhonda is a professional. She knows what she is doing. She has groomed all four of my poms over the last seven or so years. When Mia couldn’t stand for very long, she let her sit for her grooming. When Oscar the rescue pom gave her a nip, she wore gloves until he learned to trust her. Rhonda is good at what she does and I definitely recommend her.

We met Rhonda through my parents, as she had been grooming their dogs for over 10 years and now Rhonda has been grooming our Hobo for 4 years. Originally, Rhonda came to our home and now we go to her's.
Rhonda has always been such a joy to be around, she sings while she grooms and Hobo gets very excited to see her. We're we thrilled to have grooming reopen - yes - we had no fears as we know how professional Rhonda is, we had seen her set up her grooming salon at home (via Facebook posts).
We booked a time to drop off Hobo and we were asked to wait in the vehicle until Rhonda came to retrieve Hobo! No need to honk the horn as there are cameras outside we were told. Shortly after arriving, I saw Rhonda heading towards the vehicle. She had a surgical mask and was gloved - working in a hospital, I also was masked. Following social distance rules, the drop off and later pick up went very smoothly - I felt safe and confident as Hobo headed off for his time with Rhonda.
After I arrived home, I went online and watched our freshly bathed Hobo get his haircut, What a great service! He was happy and definitely appeared not to be missing us in any way. He does love getting his haircut and that is definitely due to Rhonda and the care and professionalism of her service. I usually bathe Hobo first but now Rhonda had bathed him and he'd been freshly blown dry.
Rhonda had provided me with a pick up time and the pick up was as smooth as the drop off! We did not meet up with any other customers. Now Hobo looks fabulous and we loved the photo shoot shared by Rhonda on social media afterwards.
Thank you and we'll see you in 6-weeks. We are very lucky to have such a great service in our rural community!

Yesterday was the first for taking my buddy Trey to Rhonda’s home for grooming instead of her coming to our home. The whole experience went well and I think behaved better without Mom looking on. Just before eight Monday morning we pulled into Rhonda’s drive and she came out to collect him. Once I got back home, I was able to watch the groom on Facebook and answer Rhonda’s questions and make suggestions for his groom. It all went smooth as silk, I have my boy back looking like his old self (prior to covid) again. Thanks Rhonda for such a great job! I miss our visits but you have adapted admirably to a difficult situation.❤️

We had our dog Charlie groomed yesterday at All in one pet care. Rhonda did a great job with our Norfolk Terrier. She met me at my car wearing a mask and took Charlie in to bathe and groom him. She told me what she would be doing and I could watch a live broadcast of the entire groom. When she finished Rhonda brought Charlie to the car wearing a mask. We moved to Bobcaygeon 8yrs. ago and have tried 6 different groomers. Rhonda at All In One Pet Care Dog Grooming is number 7.
We won’t need a number 8. My wife and I are completely satisfied. Our dog is a West Highland Terrier.
This breed is not easy to groom but Rhonda did a perfect job. Our dog Finnigan seemed totally comfortable with Rhonda. Her curb side drop off and pickup is a great idea in these times of Covid 19.
Rhonda also sent pictures and videos of Finnigan being bathed and groomed. This gives one a feeling of confidence.
We are happy to give Rhonda a five star reference
